Companies and businesses aren’t run by faceless and nameless websites; they’re run by real people (bad ass Texans in our case).
We feel it’s vitally important for you to see and hear who we are before you ever spend a dime or hire us to do work on your behalf.
Sadly the vast majority of websites and businesses in the world purposely hide behind their small, boring, ugly, cold, cheap, and awfully designed cookie-cutter websites.
These websites usually have no in depth personal biographies (just a boring checklist resume type bio if you’re lucky) of their staff, no video, pictures or testimonials from their customers (that might tell you something right there); and they normally don’t show their background credentials, unique (crazy like ours) personalities or much of anything else.
We always wonder probably like you, what are these companies really hiding and who are these people you are trusting to do business with.

First off our CEO is a tad wild at heart.
Not that the shark diving, skydiving, or bungee jumping pictures are going to tip you off at all.
He owns three different businesses and a fourth is on the way. He’s lived in Austin for over fifteen years (Texas has officially adopted him now) and a total perfectionist beyond words (believe us when we say this).
He’s totally obsessed (he may need a strait jacket soon) with using cutting edge technology in both his personal and business life, as well as researching on the internet until his computer begs him for mercy.
He loves vampire movies (even the really bad ones), a voracious reader (no not magazines or newspapers actual books remember those), and he’s a terminal night owl.
He also has the final touches on launching his children’s foundation, called The Smiley Girl Foundation for terminally ill and abused Texas children that are age 2 to 9 years old.
You got to know the fun and quirky stuff about our CEO, now let’s get to his extensive professional background.
First everything you see on this 3,500 page mega website he painstakingly designed, wrote, and researched, which took him over a decade to build and launch.
With over twenty years of experience in sales, social media, direct response marketing, internet marketing, and start-up company development.
He founded and ran a small business consulting firm based in Phoenix, AZ and was the CEO of a national internet marketing firm based in Minnesota.
He was a sales and marketing executive and consultant for three different Fortune 500 companies, AON, Cendant and 3Com when he was with corporate America (you know working for “The Man”).
While with Cendant he consulted multi-billion dollar companies all the way up to thirty billion dollar corporations across the country on how to better sell, market, and retain customers.
He was the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Taxback, the first national tax amending company in the U.S. based in Scottsdale, AZ. He was also the CEO of Concrete Evolution a decorative concrete manufacturer and nationwide franchisee company based in Minneapolis, MN and then Austin, TX.
John is our Johnny On The Spot Operations Manager. His favorite ice cream is Cookies N’ Cream, his favorite holiday is the Fourth of July, and he’s a die hard Texas Longhorns fan.
He is like a human Wikipedia of knowledge when it comes to Texas notarial laws.
He loves to help business clients and the general public, navigate through the confusing and frustrating process of executing and properly notarizing wills, power of attorneys, and trusts.
Chrissa keeps everything behind the scenes running like a well-oiled machine as the statewide scheduling “juggling” coordinator. Her favorite color is indigo, her favorite cartoon is Garfield and she’s a proud Oklahoma Sooner fan.
She will readily admit that she’s a total hater of UT football and anything that resembles the color burnt orange.
We call her Princess Positive because when the stress and proverbial “SHTF” in our business sometimes she always stays Zen-like positive and upbeat.
We don’t know how she does it?
Hypnosis, really good drugs or maybe she was abducted by Care Bears and they brain washed her when she was a small child. Regardless we’re very glad she is the way she is.
