After we have completed the loan signing with your home buyers or sellers we’ll go through and double check all the mortage loan paperwork a second time to make sure no signatures, dates, notary stamps, or initials were missed while still in front of your buyers and sellers.

We utilize smart phones and can send and receive emails from our clients instantly.

We utilize GPS devices in our vehicles so we’ll be on time to meet your home buyers and sellers.

We carry the Texas mandatory $10,000 licensed notary public bond.

We’ll perform loan closings for you or your clients seven days a week, including weekends, after normal business hours, and on all major holidays.

We’ll travel to any city or county in the State of Texas to do a loan closing for you or your clients.

We’ll meet you or your clients anywhere in Texas to sign mortgage loan documents. We’ve done mortgage loan closings at people’s homes or offices, coffee shops, malls, banks, airports, restaurants, clinics, gyms, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, and fast food places.

We’ll print out all loan documents for you or your clients and bring them to the loan closing appointment with the home buyers or the sellers.

After the mortgage loan closing has been successfully completed we will courier the loan documents to FedEx or UPS with the prepaid shipping label that you provide us in the loan package or we’ll drop the loan documents back off at your Austin metro area mortgage, real estate, or title office.
